We are thrilled to ship our products globally, bringing a touch of comfort to bedrooms around the world (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95): We partner with trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx for a reliable delivery experience. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our premium bedding. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Important Note on Hygiene: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they are defective or we have made an error: Mattress protectors, Electric blankets, Pillows, and any opened bedding products. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Complete the Form: Download, print, and fill out our Returns Form below. Include this completed form inside your return package.
  3. Pack Securely: Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and documentation.

Refund Process

Our goal is to make the refund process as smooth and prompt as possible:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we have received and processed your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items unless the original item was defective.
